Winnie and Kevin

Winnielyn Alfelor

Winnie was born in Valenzuela, Metro Manila, Philippines on May 5, 1977. She grew up in Quezon City, Philippines until she moved with her family to Georgia at the age of nine. Her family lives in Suwanee, Georgia, where she went to Lanier Middle School and North Gwinnett High School. She graduated with high honors from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. After spending two years in the manufacturing field as a supervisor at Ethicon (a Johnson & Johnson company), she decided to pursue a career change. She is currently learning the retail book business as a department leader for Barnes & Noble in Alpharetta, Georgia. She hopes to continue her management training at the store and possibly pursue a Masters in Business Administration in the future. Winnie loves chocolate and Chinese food, and she enjoys reading books and watching TV and movies.

Kevin Sykora

Kevin was born in Huntsville, Alabama on June 20, 1977. He moved with his parents to Georgia when he was a year old, and he grew up in Georgia attending B. B. Harris Elementary School, Lanier Middle School, and North Gwinnett High School. He graduated with highest honors from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After graduating, Kevin accepted a position as a software developer at Radiant Systems in Alpharetta, Georgia. There he has spent the past three years working on point-of-sale and electronic payment software for the convenience store, retail, and fast-food industries. Kevin's interests include playing video games and collecting quirky music and movies.
